The healer helps an individual to explore their feelings, beliefs and behaviour, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and set personal goals and work towards desired change.

In this healing sessions, your healer will ask specific questions to help partners to communicate in a healthier, more honest way, understand each other's perspectives and feelings better and develop new ways of approaching conflicts. They may also be guided to do various couple activities.

In this healing sessions, your healer will help you to understand that self-love is an important component of self-esteem and overall wellbeing. An individual must understand that self-love and care is not a luxury but a need, your healer will help you to understand your own worth.

In this healing sessions, your healer helps to compartmentalize your stress. These healing session will focus and identify your triggers that causes the distress(negative stress) in you and will help to deal with it

In this healing sessions, your healer create a supportive environment in order to help you feel accepted and respected, and they engage in reflection listening rather than direct confrontation.

An Individual's sexual orientation or gender identity may not be the root for distress but they may find the social stigme of living as a source of stress or anxiety and this leads to deterioration in one's mental health. Your healer will help you to deal with the anxiety and confusion over sexual orientation, couple in conflict, gender transition and you can simply share your real feelings, thoughts, your experiences and struggles.
